How to Stop Live Activities on Apple Watch
With watchOS 11, Apple added the Live Activities feature to the Apple Watch. The feature - first introduced on the iPhone - helps you keep track of your deliveries, Uber, or even music playing on your Mac, iPhone, or Apple TV.
While most Apple Watch users seem to love this feature, I don’t, as it takes over my current watch face and complications. If you also don’t like the Apple Watch Live Activities feature, here’s how to turn it off.

Turn off Apple Watch Live Activities feature
1. Press the Digital Crown on your Apple watch to open the App Drawer and launch the Settings app.
2. Tap to open the Smart Stack settings.
3. Open the settings for Live Activities and turn off the toggle next to Auto-launch Live Activities option.
That’s it. Now, Live Activities won’t take over your Apple Watch faces. Before you go, click here to learn how to change Apple Watch faces with a simple swipe gesture.
